You may return your item within 7 days of receipt for any reason.

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

For non-quality-related returns beyond this period, customers must cover both shipping costs and a 25% restocking fee.

Each piece in our One-of-a-Kind / Antique Collection carries its own unique energy and character, and cannot be replicated.

Time has already shaped its form — our role is to preserve, not to perfect.

For this reason, these creations are final sale.

30-Day Warranty

If your item develops a quality issue within 30 days of receipt, please contact us for a free repair or replacement.

We will cover the repair and reshipment cost for verified quality-related issues.

After 30 Days

For issues beyond 30 days, caused by wear, usage, or accidental damage, we do not provide refunds.

However, we do offer repair services. Customers will only need to cover two-way shipping costs, and repair fees, if applicable, will depend on the level of damage.
